When you purchase from Cocoa Glow, you automatically agree to our policies and are deemed to accept our processing and shipping times.

We are not responsible for any lost, stolen or damaged packages.

Order Cancellation

If you must cancel your order, you must notify us by email within 8 hours of your order being confirmed.


All sales are final. 

No refunds shall be made for any order due to hygienic and health safety protocols.

How long is shipping? 

Due COVID-19, processing time is currently 2-7 business days in addition to the Post Canada shipping time (3-10 business days) after your package has been dropped off.

Can I meet up with you to get my order?

Yes, if you are in Montreal. Just be sure to choose the pick-up option at checkout!

My order is marked as delivered, but I haven't received anything, why?

If this situation happens, please allow 3 business days after the marked delivery date to see if your package gets delivered. If it does not, please contact your local post office with your tracking number.


We accept VISA, Mastercard, American Express and Paypal.

Cash is accepted for in-person pickup.
